Victor Lysakov's artwork has been published and sold for over twenty years in the European marketplace. After establishing a remarkable presence and solid reputation overseas, Lysakov is pleased to establish his own publishing company in the United States.

Lysakov Art Company, Inc. is located in charming Pacific Grove, CA, which is in the heart of one of the nation's art capitals – the Monterey Peninsula. On-site, the 4,000 square foot facility houses the corporate offices, publishing headquarters and the first ever exclusive Victor Lysakov Gallery.

President and CEO: Mr. Randall Swanson

Randall Swanson is President and CEO of Lysakov Art Company, Inc. He has lived in a number of vibrant cities including Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, and Moscow. Mr. Swanson brings to the company a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and computer software industries and from senior management positions in the internet and environmental remediation industries. He has been an active angel investor over the past 10 years, focusing on high-tech start-ups. Mr. Swanson holds a notable B.A. in Russian Language from California State University, Fresno.

While living in Moscow with his family and working on a private consulting venture, Mr. Swanson was introduced to Victor Lysakov and his awe-inspiring artwork. Because of this personal connection to the artist and his affection for Russian culture, Mr. Swanson has a vested interest in the success of Lysakov Art Company, Inc. He believes passionately in the remarkable power of Lysakov's work and is delighted to be bringing it to art lovers in the U.S.

In his spare time, Mr. Swanson is an avid golfer, enjoys playing tournament chess and loves to spend time traveling with his family. He currently resides with his wife and two children in Pebble Beach, CA.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing:
Ms. Heather Neal

Before joining Lysakov Art Company, Inc. as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Heather Neal spent six years at the Thomas Kinkade Company, the publishing house and world headquarters of acclaimed artist, Thomas Kinkade. There, as the Director of Sales Operations, she managed seven staff members, coordinated sales programs for twenty-eight District Sales Managers, managed a multi-million dollar sales budget, tracked sales trends, prepared presentations and planned quarterly sales meetings. Her insight, expertise and hands-on experience with the art world provide tremendous benefit to the U.S. launch of Victor Lysakov. Prior to joining Lysakov Art Company, Inc., Ms. Neal was the owner of Executive Details, a consulting company that provided marketing, public relations, website content and business writing assistance.

Ms. Neal attained her B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, where she majored in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations. She currently resides in Reno, NV, with her husband and two children.

Director of Operations: Mr. Ken Kelley

As Director of Operations, Ken Kelley drives the shipping and service departments of Lysakov Art Company, Inc. His prolific resume includes extensive military, international business, computer sales and art industry experience. Mr. Kelley has served in numerous senior positions within the U.S. Navy and, for 17 years, was a successful Marketing Representative for some of the military’s most advanced aerospace products. He has worked with leading computer and printing companies, helping to develop a cutting-edge electronic system for advanced photographic digital image processing which is widely used by photographers, artists and publishers today. For 35 years, Mr. Kelley owned and operated several fine art galleries where he conducted sales, marketing, art print publishing, framing and art restoration.

Mr. Kelley is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Officer Candidate School and received a B.A. in Art from St. Olaf College. In addition to his career commitments, Mr. Kelley volunteers in the community and has held positions with several local associations and foundations. He currently resides in Carmel, CA. Gallery Director: Mr. Ryan Parker

Ryan J. Parker has been hand-selected to run the first exclusive Gallery for Lysakov Art Company, Inc. Mr. Parker has been immersed in the art world since birth. His grandfather, Barry Masteller, is a renowned California landscape artist and his mother studied art. During his formative years Mr. Parker's parents ran a gallery in the SoHo district of New York where he learned gallery operations, frequented local museums, met international artists and set precedent at Sarah Lawrence College, where, as a child, he was among the youngest to attend Artist Panel Discussions and Artist Lectures.

Prior to joining Lysakov Art Company, Inc. Mr. Parker was employed as an Art Consultant at Trajan Gallery, a contemporary fine art gallery in Carmel, CA. That position exposed him to all aspects of gallery operations – administration, shipping, receiving, customer service, corporate and in-house design, exhibitions, art placement and lighting. With his art lineage, his industry knowledge, and zest for fine art, Mr. Parker is an outstanding addition to the company. An avid art collector, he currently resides in Monterey, CA.

Artistic Manager: Mr. Joshua Cook

Joshua Cook serves as the Artistic Manager for Lysakov Art Company Inc. A photographer and graphic designer, he provides a fresh, ambitious and creative approach to his work, some of which can be enjoyed at www.joshuacookphotography.com.

Mr. Cook graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Master's College, where he received a B.A. in Biblical Studies and began pursuing an interest in Art History. Outside of work Mr. Cook is engaged in a variety of activities such as rock climbing, soccer, surfing, backpacking, and serving in his local church. He currently resides in Seaside, CA.

Sales Consultant: Ms. Yana Shevchenko

As a business owner and artist, Russian-born Yana Shevchenko brings pragmatic, creative, and cultural expertise to Lysakov Art Company, Inc. An accomplished photographer specializing in color and landscape, she opened her own studio and on-line gallery, www.yanaphotos.com, after moving to California from St. Petersburg, Russia in 1998. Fluent in Russian, she has had ample exposure to the Russian artistic community as both a buyer and seller.

Ms. Shevchenko graduated from the St. Petersburg College. Prior to joining Lysakov Art Company, Inc, she obtained more than 15 years of sales and customer service experience. Most recently employed by the Pebble Beach Company, Shevchenko currently resides in Pacific Grove, CA.

Office Manager: Ms. Sarah Eichman

Through both nature and nurture, Sarah Eichman was destined to work in the art world. Ms. Eichman hails from a family steeped in art history – her grandfather, Bernard von Eichman, was a member of the Society of Six, a group of plein-air painters that were influential in the American Post-Impressionism movement. Ms. Eichman studied art at The School of Visual Arts in New York City and at Monterey Peninsula College, and subsequently applied her talents as Assistant to the Director at two highly esteemed art galleries.

Prior to joining Lysakov Art Company, Inc., Eichman was hand-selected to join the Monterey Museum of Art. Quickly promoted to Membership Coordinator, she increased membership, developed an effective database and successfully coordinated fundraising events. She currently resides in Carmel, CA and enjoys concert event planning and photography.
